Cube + three digital products · no app
Finish what you start. Without becoming a productivity guru.
You don't need another app, another routine, or another 5am morning ritual. You need one honest system for starting, sticking with, and actually finishing the thing you keep putting down.
30-day guarantee
- ✓One physical cube — flip it, it starts, no phone required.
- ✓Two books and a Notion system that explain why focus, motivation, and finishing actually work — and where to run the project.
- ✓Built on real neuroscience and psychology, not vibes.
The whole method
It fits on one face of a cube.
No setup, no configuration screen, no onboarding. You pick a length, you flip the cube onto that face, and the session has already started. That is the entire interface.
Four faces, four session lengths. The one facing up is the one running.
Why this actually works
Not another hack. The same mechanisms behind every method that's ever actually worked.
Habit design, deep work, minimalism, mindful productivity — different names, same underlying machinery: dopamine, cortisol, attention, identity. The techniques popularized by James Clear (Atomic Habits), Leo Babauta (Zen Habits), Ali Abdaal, and Anne-Laure Le Cunff (Ness Labs) all draw from the same well. This system draws from it directly — and hands you a physical object that makes starting a five-second decision instead of a debate with yourself.

The company this keeps
You already follow half of these.
Study systems, habit design, deep work, minimalism, note-taking. Different accounts, different audiences, same underlying machinery. This system draws from it directly.

Before we go any further
Does any of this ring a bell?
- You start strong, then three weeks in the excitement is just... gone.
- You've bought the course, the app, the planner — and you're still starting from zero on Monday.
- You tell yourself it's a discipline problem. It isn't.
- Every time you sit down to work, the first ten minutes disappear into deciding whether to actually start.
- You've finished big things before. You just can't explain why this one keeps stalling.
None of that is a you problem. It's a missing-system problem.
An observation
Every focus product on the market gives you more to do.
Another dashboard to maintain. Another streak to protect. Another set of tags, templates, and weekly reviews. The tool becomes the project, and the actual work sits exactly where you left it.
And it works, commercially: a system you have to keep tending feels like progress. Opening the app feels like starting. It isn't.
What this one asks of you
- Pick a length.
- Flip the cube.
- Work until it stops.
There is nothing to configure, because there is nothing to configure.
The other version
Now imagine the afternoon going like this.
2:04 pm
You sit down and already know what you're doing.
Not because you're disciplined today. Because the next step went into Daily Priorities at the end of the last session, and it's the first thing on the dashboard when you open it.
2:05 pm
You flip the cube and the decision is over.
Five seconds, one physical motion, no unlock screen and no notification badge waiting on the other side of it. The countdown is running whether you feel ready or not.
4:30 pm
Four sessions in, the thing is measurably closer to done.
Not finished. Closer — and repeatably so, which is the only version of progress that survives a bad week.
Motivation isn't a personality trait. It's a byproduct of how the task is structured.
A vague afternoon of "work on the project" loses to a five-second physical decision every single time. That's not a character flaw — that's dopamine, cortisol, and activation energy doing exactly what they're built to do. It's fixable with structure, not more willpower.
Inside the box

The companion tools are digital and the Notion template opens in the free plan, so nothing here needs a subscription.

Why three products, not one
Each one answers a different question.
One book on mechanics would leave you knowing why 30 minutes works and still stalling at week three. One template would leave you with tidy folders and no method. The three cover the how, the how it feels, and the where — and the cube makes starting a five-second decision.
The how
The Focus System — the mechanics of learning, focusing, staying motivated, building skill, and running a project day to day.
The how it feels
Zero to Done — the emotional and psychological experience of actually doing the work, plus the money and freedom psychology the others don't cover.
The where
Second Brain + P.A.R.A. — the operating system where the sorting, tasks, habits, and projects actually get tracked.

Why I made this
I didn't build this because I had everything figured out.
I built it because I knew what it felt like to have ambition, ideas, and plans — but still struggle to consistently turn them into real results.
At one point, I was working a 9–5 in France and making around €2,000 a month in revenue on the side. I knew I wanted more freedom and more control over what I was building, so I chose e-commerce and tutoring as the directions I wanted to pursue.
But choosing a direction wasn't enough.
I still had to sit down, focus, learn, test, create, make mistakes, repeat the boring things, and actually do the work long enough for something to happen.
That's where this system started to matter.
It helped me organize what needed to be done, focus on the important work, stop depending so much on motivation, and consistently move forward. Over time, that process helped me go from a 9–5 and roughly €2,000 a month to building e-commerce businesses generating around €50,000 consistently per month.
Individual results. Not typical, and not a guarantee — outcomes depend on the person, the effort, and the market.
And that's why I'm selling this system.
Not because I believe everybody needs to become an e-commerce entrepreneur.
You might want to become a UGC creator. A videographer. A model. A freelancer. An online business owner. An offline business owner. A better student. Or simply someone who finally finishes the projects they keep thinking about.
The destination is yours. The system is there to help you actually move toward it.
What I didn't want to create was another productivity product that makes you spend more time organizing your life than living it.
The cube is intentionally simple — turn it, and the timer starts.
The productivity system helps you identify what actually matters.
The guides explain how focus, learning, prioritization, and repetition work — so you understand why you're doing something instead of blindly following another routine.
You don't need to use every tool every hour of every day. You use the system when there's something you want to achieve. You focus. You do the work. You make progress. And then you go live your life.
That's what I'm actually selling. Not productivity as a lifestyle. A practical system designed to help you turn what you want into something you actually do.
— The founder
About the top tier
The Execution System, briefly.
Worth saying plainly: you don't need it. The Complete System is more than enough for most people, and the cube on its own already does the thing it's for. This tier is the deeper option for a specific situation — here's whether you're in it.
Why would anyone need more than the method?
Because knowing how focus works and actually sitting down on a bad Tuesday are two different problems. The method handles the first. The Execution System exists for the second — the week you stall, the project you can't choose between, the thing that's nearly done and still isn't out.
What do you actually get out of it?
A specific thing to do when work stops, instead of advice about it. Eleven short workbooks you open one at a time, a Notion hub for the decisions that don't have a clean process, and a tool that tracks the project with you. Full contents are listed at checkout.
When is it not worth it?
If you're finishing what you start already, skip it. If you're the kind of person who buys the deeper option and never opens it, skip it — that's the exact habit this is meant to interrupt, not feed. The cube alone still works, and The Complete System is the honest starting point for most people.
So who is it for?
People with something real in progress — a business, a portfolio, a degree, a launch — who keep getting stopped by the same few moments and would rather work through them on paper than read another opinion. If you've stalled on the same project twice, this is the tier for you.
Isn't this just another gadget that ends up in a drawer?
Probably — if it were just a gadget. It isn't sold as one. The Complete System ships with two books and a Notion setup that explain exactly why a timer this simple works when a phone app doesn't — and Zero to Done maps the week it stops feeling exciting, because that week is a normal part of every project, not a sign you picked the wrong one. The cube is the trigger. The rest is the reason it keeps working after week one.
I've tried timed work sessions before.
Most people try it with a phone timer, which puts the exact distraction machine you're trying to avoid three inches from your hand. This is the technique with the distraction physically removed — and the actual neuroscience behind why 30 minutes works, so you can adjust it instead of following it blindly.
